Administers employee relations, benefits, leave, training compliance, onboarding, recognition, retention, and HR records. Advises managers and employees on workplace policies, performance, morale, and employment matters while maintaining legal compliance and confidentiality. Supports recruiting, background checks, eligibility verification, employee surveys, and exit interviews. Provides guidance on employment law, HR best practices, and talent management initiatives.

Manages career services and supervises Career Navigators while leading employer outreach, partnership development, graduate placement, and retention efforts across construction, solar, roofing, and utility infrastructure tracks. Builds employer relationships, coordinates job fairs and industry events, integrates employer feedback into programming, monitors placement data, supports equitable hiring practices, and maintains Salesforce records. The role also develops team processes, coaches staff, and coordinates career services with broader program goals.

Manage and update Salesforce records for energy audit and weatherization projects, run status reports, coordinate with contractors and internal teams, compile grant reports and invoices, support intake and scheduling, handle customer complaints and documentation, and assist marketing and process improvement efforts.
