Create 3D models, fabrication and assembly drawings, BOMs, and installation documentation. Inspect field equipment, support quotations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify design risks, and provide technical support through manufacturing, installation, and startup.

Lead manufacturing cost accounting efforts: analyze costs, optimize inventory, support product costing and variance analysis, develop KPIs/dashboards, and support monthly/annual close while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Lead R&D of intelligent automation and smart machine capabilities for industrial baking equipment. Design, prototype, test, and implement PLC-based controls, diagnostics, machine vision, data collection, predictive maintenance, and AI-enabled tools. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Technical Services, and customers for commissioning, troubleshooting, standards, and scalable solutions to improve uptime, reliability, and serviceability.
