Provide sales operations analytics and reporting to support sales management: maintain CRM expertise (Salesforce), produce Tableau and Excel reports, align sales territories, assist commission calculations, train team members, own recurring reports/projects, and recommend system enhancements to improve sales productivity and goal attainment.
