Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts for fuel, transportation, supply, and related transactions; support regulatory research, develop form agreements and playbooks, lead projects, engage cross-functional stakeholders, and provide oversight and guidance to other analysts to ensure compliance and timely execution.

Lead development and execution of multi-year category strategies and end-to-end sourcing to optimize cost, supply continuity, and business objectives. Perform spend and TCO analysis, RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management. Partner with Finance and Legal, monitor market trends, ensure procurement compliance, and drive process improvement and automation to deliver measurable financial and operational impact.

Prepare and file federal, state, and local income tax returns focused on flow-through entities (S Corporations, Partnerships); respond to notices and audits; assist with tax account reconciliations and accounting projects; research and analyze tax issues; ensure compliance with rules and policies; perform other duties as assigned.

Administer and track leaves of absence and ADA/religious accommodations across US and Canada. Determine eligibility, approve/deny leaves, coordinate STD/LTD and benefit billing, complete Canadian Records of Employment, maintain documentation for compliance, support legal inquiries, calculate PTO impacts, and coordinate related pay and benefit processes.

Provide corporate legal support for contracts (NDAs, MSAs, POs), research regulatory issues, handle customer dispute analysis, manage bankruptcy claims and outside counsel engagement, support facility leases and distribution agreements, and identify/gather information for potential class action claims.

Schedule and nominate refined product and renewable fuel shipments via rail and truck, coordinate nominations with suppliers, optimize deliveries and inventories with commercial teams, reconcile activities in ETRM and other systems, collaborate with operations and external counterparties, and support special projects and regional backup scheduling.

Provide daily support for benefits programs including benchmarking, cost and trend analyses, audits of enrollments and data integrity, employee education, compliance with ACA/ERISA/HIPAA/COBRA, and collaborative improvements with people analytics and HR teams.

Lead prompt, impartial workplace investigations into employee relations, ethics, and policy violations. Conduct interviews, review records and evidence, prepare investigative reports, recommend corrective actions, partner with Legal and HR, maintain confidential records, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Support FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance and performance analysis, and reporting. Provide decision support to leadership with scenarios, sensitivity analyses, dashboards, and recommendations to optimize profitability and budget performance.

Plan, schedule, and execute hundreds of daily fuel deliveries to prevent outages and optimize inventory at lowest total cost. Monitor tank volumes, sales projections, driver hours, carrier loads, and market prices to create efficient dispatch plans. Coordinate with drivers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, redirect deliveries, and capitalize on market arbitrage opportunities.
