Serve as the primary HR contact for a 40+ person architecture firm while providing executive support to the CEO and leadership. Manage recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations, licensing, scheduling, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and HR documentation to keep people and leadership priorities aligned.

Apply customer payments, manage aging and collections, research and resolve payment discrepancies, respond to customer billing inquiries, generate AR reports, support month-end close, maintain documentation, and improve cash application and collections processes.
