The role also provides English/Spanish translation during orientations and trainings and supports HR Business Partners, benefits, talent development, and recruiting teams in a manufacturing environment.

Design and document building electrical distribution, lighting and controls, and fire alarm systems. Select equipment, produce construction documents, estimate costs, coordinate with clients and design teams, and support construction administration across commercial, science/technology, and education projects.

Own new business development for recruiting solutions: prospect and cold call HR leaders and hiring managers, lead consultative discovery, craft tailored RPO proposals, manage pipeline in CRM, and close contracts. Collaborate with leadership and report progress while evolving sales processes and delivering high-touch, relationship-driven recruiting solutions.
