The AI Systems Engineer will build production systems for AI agents handling customer interactions, optimize omnichannel experiences, and integrate with CRM systems.

Manage end-to-end relationships with enterprise, multi-location home services customers. Lead structured onboarding, implementation planning, and rollout execution. Drive adoption across voice, SMS, and email, coordinate cross-functional teams, document workflows and requirements, run frequent customer calls, and support expansion while traveling to customer sites monthly.

Role is a senior, quota-carrying individual contributor with heavy travel and New York onsite expectations.

This role involves building a demand generation engine, driving inbound pipeline, managing content and campaigns, and aligning with sales.

The Sales Development Representative will engage in outbound prospecting, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for Account Executives, while helping shape the sales playbook in a growing SaaS company.

Own end-to-end product design for an AI-native B2B dashboard: research, interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, data visualization, and design QA. Build and maintain a design system, collaborate closely with PMs and engineers (Next.js/TypeScript/React), design for trust in agentic AI workflows, and iterate from customer insights to drive product outcomes.

Embed with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and maintain Revin AI agents. Prototype and deliver end-to-end integrations with core systems, own customer interactions and technical delivery, translate field insights into product improvements, and travel frequently to support activations and expansion.
