Lead HR, payroll, compliance, and employee relations for HQ and seasonal staff. Manage a small HR team, oversee payroll operations and final approval, ensure multi-jurisdictional and California compliance, conduct complex investigations, manage ADP relationship, design scalable HR/payroll processes, administer total rewards and performance management, and deliver HR reporting and audits to support leadership and organizational growth.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution for seasonal, field, and HQ roles. Manage and coach a TA team, build diverse pipelines, own employer branding, optimize recruiting systems and metrics (time-to-fill, conversion, cost-per-hire), and partner cross-functionally to meet staffing goals and improve processes.

Own month-end close, financial reporting, cash forecasting, AP/expense operations, and multi-entity compliance. Produce regional P&Ls and board reporting, manage audits, business licenses, and payroll entries. Administer Sage, improve systems/processes, run budgeting and labor planning, and support regional leaders with actionable financial insights.
