Coaches community sales teams, drives occupancy and revenue targets, implements sales programs and KPIs, analyzes CRM and sales data, develops training, supports recruiting, and partners with operations and marketing. The role requires regular travel to communities, relationship building, sales-plan execution, onboarding, performance improvement, and regional rollout of initiatives.

Supports the Community Manager with daily operations at an active adult multifamily community. Responsibilities include rent collection, invoices, budgets, vendor and maintenance coordination, resident communications, activities, property inspections, leasing, tours, lead follow-up, applications, screening, move-ins, renewals, social media, and resident satisfaction and retention. The role requires strong customer service, financial administration, conflict resolution, regulatory knowledge, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
