Provide frontline IT help desk support across channels and departments; administer Windows Server and Active Directory; deploy patches and image workstations; configure networking, firewalls, VPNs and cabling; manage Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, mobile device management, backups (Veeam/Windows Backup), and perform restore testing; occasional travel and rare after-hours response.
