Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Angular/TypeScript and Node.js, Java/Spring or Python backends. Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (including GovCloud/C2S), design and manage datastores, and use CI/CD and DevOps tools. Provide senior-level program and financial management consulting to a DoD/IC customer, including budget planning and execution, acquisition and PMO support, cost estimating, governance and change control (RFCs/ECPs), interagency agreements, POM-to-execution alignment, and Analysis of Alternatives and assessments.

Provide acquisition program management support to NGA including cost, schedule, risk, and performance management; draft interagency agreements; link budget planning and execution; coordinate engineering, RFC/ECP, AoA, release planning, and governance; maintain PMO artifacts; support cross-functional teams and GEOINT services using lean six-sigma, Agile/SAFe methods.

Develop, maintain, and support modeling and simulation software in heterogeneous HPC Linux environments. Troubleshoot Linux lab systems, write and maintain Fortran/C/C++ code and shell scripts, apply coding standards, unit testing, and configuration management, mentor junior staff, and design training and onboarding for HPC users in secure mission-focused settings.

Provide systems administration with strong Linux and AWS experience; create system engineering documentation; use Agile collaboration tools; manage cloud cost/performance, automated testing, monitoring, change management, and cross-domain architectures. Must hold TS/SCI clearance.

Design, develop, deploy, and administer Elastic Stack solutions (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats). Implement security features, produce documentation and SOPs, maintain system infrastructure and log data integrity, and work within Agile tools and environments.

Design, build, and automate secure DevOps deployment processes for Linux environments. Develop scripting and automation (Python, Perl, Korn/Bash, Ansible), manage configuration and revision control (CVS, SVN, Git, GitLab, GitLab CI), and support secure enterprise or HPC multi-level systems to improve deployment speed, consistency, and operational support.

Develop, document, and deliver software features using C#/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and shell scripts. Use GitLab, CI, and DevOps practices within Agile teams (Jira/Confluence). Prototype AI solutions, participate in testing and iteration, and support cloud/SOA/web-service integrations. Maintain clear documentation and follow user story acceptance criteria.
