Serve as a trusted advisor managing complex, sensitive employee relations cases including investigations, performance and conduct issues, ADA accommodations, and leave administration. Lead discovery and incubation of Innovation & AI solutions: conduct user research, prototype and run POCs, validate hypotheses and pilots, define data and technical requirements, create PRDs and success metrics, and transition validated initiatives into Product Engineering for production and rollout.

Lead category and product marketing for an assigned vertical, developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and enrollment. Partner with product, academic, enrollment, creative, and channel teams to execute campaigns, monitor performance, optimize results, and maintain competitive intelligence. Manage campaign calendars, briefs, and post-campaign hindsighting; may supervise one or two team members and support cross-vertical brand initiatives in a regulated, matrixed environment.

Lead regulatory compliance review activities across institutions, oversee monitoring and risk assessments, develop regulatory guidance and training, collaborate with leaders to identify and mitigate compliance risks, maintain documentation and controls, and coach senior leadership and staff to ensure adherence to federal, state, provincial, accreditation, and consumer protection requirements.

Generate, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards from multiple systems (Salesforce, Banner, ELMS, Power BI). Validate and reconcile data, investigate discrepancies, provide actionable insights, support clinical placement and compliance reporting, develop SOPs and documentation, and participate in system implementations and testing to ensure reporting continuity and data accuracy.

Interpret and analyze federal, state, and accreditor regulations; develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures; liaise with campuses and regulators; review marketing materials; deliver guidance and training; escalate and remediate compliance issues; prepare senior management presentations; support continuous improvement and act as delegate to the Regulatory Affairs Manager.

Manage end-to-end clinical affiliation agreements, ensure compliance and documentation in the Clinical Learning Management System, perform contract audits, optimize reporting, administer SFDC and train users, coordinate stakeholders, and support clinical partner and accreditation requirements.
