Manage on-site HR functions including employee relations, investigations, payroll, FMLA, workers' compensation, recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations under HR Manager guidance. Handle confidential matters and support company initiatives.

Perform general warehouse tasks including receiving and verifying incoming materials, operating material handling equipment, storing items in designated areas, communicating with other departments to resolve issues, and following safety procedures. On-site forklift training and certification provided; positions follow a 6-on/3-off rotating schedule.
