As a Program Facilitator, you will support volunteers, present FMSC's mission, perform warehousing tasks, and maintain facility cleanliness.

Provide HR operations and administrative support including processing hires/terminations/employee changes, maintaining HCM and personnel records, managing HR inbox/mail, conducting audits, and assisting with HR projects and clerical tasks while safeguarding confidentiality.

Raise major gifts ($7,500+) by cultivating and upgrading individual, corporate, and foundation donors. Qualify and manage a donor caseload, create tailored stewardship and solicitation plans, write proposals, maintain donor database, make 50+ high-touch weekly contacts, travel for donor engagement, and collaborate on strategic fundraising initiatives.
