Owner of the full contract lifecycle for commercial and defense-related agreements. Negotiate, draft, execute, administer, and close contracts; advise leadership on contractual risk and FAR/DFARS compliance; manage SAM.gov registrations; maintain contract repository and flowdowns; support capture/proposal efforts; partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance and improve contracting processes.
