Performs moderately complex accounting and financial analysis for the Weatherization program, including account maintenance, reconciliations, budget monitoring, grant and program reporting, preparing journal entries, and providing technical guidance to staff to ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state funding requirements.

The Development Coordinator manages affordable housing projects, oversees volunteers, ensures compliance, coordinates tasks, and maintains project schedules and budgets.

Supports the Human Resources office by performing basic administrative duties, assisting with recruitment, benefits, and employment-related tasks while providing service to customers.
