Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications and APIs using Spring (Boot, Batch). Implement and optimize Oracle SQL schemas and queries, build RESTful and SOAP services, manage builds with Maven, use Git, CI with Jenkins, and perform unit/integration testing (JUnit). Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Manages sales, financial, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and reporting activities. Supports leadership and collaborates with procurement, accounting, legal, finance teams, and clients to resolve billing issues, track contract performance, prepare financial statements, and ensure accurate month-end accruals. Requires Korean and English fluency, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manage end-to-end product movement via air, ocean, and land freight. Track shipments, liaise with customers and carriers, maintain logistics documentation, analyze cost-effective transportation methods, develop and report KPIs, resolve discrepancies, coordinate with site managers, and produce ad-hoc reports to support supply chain operations.

Manage and support IT security policies, monitoring, incident response, access controls, vulnerability assessments, audits, and security awareness. Use SIEM tools (Splunk/Sentinel), collaborate with IT teams and vendors, document findings, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage monthly accounts receivable billing and invoicing, maintain billing backups and contract documentation, coordinate with account managers and cross-functional teams, use Excel and SAP for forecasts and invoicing, follow up on past-due balances, prepare accrual schedules, and support AR/AP and audit documentation.

Coordinate and track IT/infrastructure projects: create documentation, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and budgets; liaise with vendors and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and manage issues and risks.

Coordinate and manage IT security implementation projects: define scope, schedules, budgets, and resources; document requirements; lead change management; engage stakeholders; track risks/issues; produce status reports and meeting minutes; work with vendors and infrastructure teams; provide technical review of SOW/BOM/solution architecture; and support project turnover to delivery.

Oversee and implement ERP systems, assist with SAP SD/MM configuration, design functional specifications, and ensure communication across the organization.

The SAP PMO Consultant will coordinate SAP projects, manage documentation, track progress, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders, requiring bilingual skills in English and Korean.

Provide SAP FI functional consulting and full-lifecycle implementation support, tailor solutions to business needs, train and support end users, manage data conversion and project plans, troubleshoot system issues including off-hours/month-end support, recommend process improvements, and coordinate with HQ.
