Develops and manages resource-loaded CPM schedules for complex design and construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers and multidisciplinary teams, tracking progress, analyzing critical paths, identifying and mitigating scheduling risks, integrating partner schedules, supporting resource allocation and financial projections, and presenting schedule reports to leadership. The role also contributes proposed schedules to business development initiatives and requires strong communication, organization, and project controls expertise.

Lead multidisciplinary electrical engineering teams for Justice + Civic projects, managing design quality, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Provide technical reviews, coordinate with architects and consultants, drive business development and RFP efforts, mentor staff, and represent the firm at client and vendor meetings while ensuring code compliance and alignment with climate action commitments.
