Provide commercial legal support for Lambda's cloud business by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer, data center, partner, reseller, and marketing agreements; lead enterprise deal negotiations; advise cross-functionally on contract structure and risk; implement legal technology and process improvements; and develop templates and playbooks to scale contracting.

Own and improve reliability, performance, and capacity of Lambda's production storage fleet. Build monitoring, alerting, CI/CD, and self-healing automation; investigate and resolve storage incidents; automate operational workflows; collaborate with storage, networking, and release teams; participate in on-call rotation to reduce MTTR and operational toil.

Support end-to-end M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships for Lambda's data center and digital infrastructure assets. Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence; develop investment theses and market analyses; work cross-functionally with infrastructure, site selection, finance, and legal teams; present findings to executives and cultivate strategic partnerships.

Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and execution for M&A, strategic investments, and capital raises. Evaluate opportunities, build investment theses and financing strategies, track market and capital markets trends, prepare executive presentations, and cultivate partnerships with lenders, investors, and strategic counterparties to support Lambda's growth and balance sheet objectives.

Lead end-to-end executive searches for C-suite, VP, and senior director roles across functions; develop search strategies; partner with founders and board members; leverage industry networks in cloud, AI, and semiconductors; manage multi-stakeholder interviews and candidate experience; craft value propositions to attract startup executive talent.

Design, build, and operate internal IT platforms to improve availability, scalability, and efficiency. Automate incident response, capacity planning, performance tuning, and integrations across enterprise applications. Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to define architectures, standards, and documentation for large-scale distributed systems. Support on-call, alerting, and reliability practices.
