Partner with National Account Executives to manage key account projects, coordinate business reviews, direct customer service and sales teams, define tasks/resources, schedule timelines, track deliverables, identify margin improvements, run weekly team meetings, and report progress to stakeholders. Travel to key account locations approximately 10%.

Manage daily office operations, supplies, vendor coordination, mail/shipping, and meeting logistics. Maintain records, prepare and analyze reports and dashboards, support onboarding and events, and assist leadership with data, projects, and cross-team coordination.

Lead and oversee daily accounts payable operations, manage and develop the AP team, ensure timely month-end close activities, drive process improvements and automation, enforce internal controls, resolve vendor disputes, and serve as ERP subject-matter expert.

Hunt and develop new business while managing existing accounts for packaging solutions. Use consultative selling to meet revenue targets, build proposals, manage client relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value.
