Administers compensation, benefits, leave, accommodations, performance management, HRIS, payroll support, compliance reporting, and HR process improvements. Serves as the leave and accommodations subject matter expert, conducts compensation analysis, manages benefits enrollment and reconciliations, supports audits, maintains data integrity, and partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, managers, and vendors.

Train plant new hires and existing employees through classroom and on-the-job instruction. Assess proficiency using 30/60/90-day checklists, provide feedback and retraining, monitor program effectiveness, identify performance gaps, collaborate on instructional content, and implement procedural updates while supporting quality and safety standards on the production floor.

Develops technical capability across manufacturing teams by conducting job and task analyses, defining competencies, and creating qualification programs. Builds SOPs, work instructions, job aids, skills checklists, equipment certifications, and hands-on training. Partners with production, maintenance, warehouse, quality, sanitation, engineering, HR, and subject matter experts to standardize work, support equipment and process changes, preserve tribal knowledge, and monitor workforce readiness metrics.
