Lead and optimize warehouse and distribution operations for an urban bus parts distribution center. Manage frontline teams, ensure on-time delivery and contract compliance, act as client operational contact, drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and safety compliance.

Lead investigations into airworthiness and regulatory compliance (FAA Letters, Part 25 non-compliances); coordinate cross-functional teams and ODA representatives to identify root causes and corrective actions; develop and maintain compliance documentation and corrective action plans; partner with suppliers and regulatory agencies to resolve issues and support certification; improve compliance processes and communicate complex technical and regulatory matters to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead component and system design activities, produce ICDs/SCDs, translate requirements into hardware/software architecture, perform numerical and safety analyses (FTAs/SSA), coordinate cross-functional teams, perform root-cause corrective actions, and support factory and flight-line issue resolution across product lifecycle.

Manage end-to-end technical recruitment: partner with clients to define needs, source and screen candidates, evaluate technical fit, maintain ATS records, support candidates through interview, negotiation and onboarding, and participate in recruiting events to build talent pipelines.
