Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, offers, and pre-employment activities. Partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate records, build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and support mission-focused outreach. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and applicant tracking systems. Occasional day or overnight travel is required.

Completes government contract closeout processes, maintains contract folders and documentation, obtains payment and delivery histories, reconciles obligated funds, prepares closeout documents, tracks performance metrics, supports contracting officers, manages records storage, and helps improve standard operating procedures.

Provide administrative support to the Employee and Community Services department: manage databases and calendars, prepare and proofread reports, coordinate travel and events, maintain supplies and vehicle upkeep, register staff for training, take meeting notes, support programs (Braille, DeafBlind, O&M, SEP, ILP), and perform other departmental duties while maintaining confidentiality.
