Lead fabrication and assembly process development, product launches, design-for-manufacturing reviews, process improvements, and Lean manufacturing initiatives. Manage manufacturing specifications, risk assessments, project schedules, budgets, and operational targets while ensuring quality, safety, security, and environmental compliance. The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing experience, engineering education, quality-system knowledge, AIAG Core Tools experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.

Leads the Purchasing Group and oversees procurement strategy, vendor selection, contract negotiation, compliance, cost control, quality and audit controls, records management, and DOE subcontract requirements. Supervises and develops staff, balances workloads, improves procurement processes, and ensures equipment, materials, services, and construction resources meet plant needs. Requires substantial nuclear and procurement experience, CPM certification, Oracle Purchasing experience, and knowledge of contracting and DOE subcontract administration.

Leads the centrifuge manufacturing engineering department, overseeing team development, serial production processes, production launches, continuous improvement, documentation, and performance targets for availability, performance, and quality. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve manufacturing processes, execute production plans, manage risks, budgets, and schedules, and support new customer opportunities. Ensures compliance with security, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Designs and develops mechanical centrifuge components, assemblies, machines, and facility projects from concept through released documentation. Creates Creo models and drawings, applies engineering calculations, GD&T, material selection, and tolerance analysis, and supports fabrication, prototyping, testing, and issue resolution. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and operations while maintaining drawing, safety, configuration, and revision-control standards. The role requires obtaining and maintaining a DOE Q security clearance.
