Serve as a strategic HR business partner advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, talent development, succession planning, change management, and HR programs while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Lead enterprise IT strategy and operations for a regulated nuclear manufacturing company. Oversee cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, data analytics, AI initiatives, IT governance, budgeting, vendor management, disaster recovery, and IT service delivery. Partner with executive leadership and government stakeholders, modernize systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a high-performing technology organization.

Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys: draft and manage contracts, maintain corporate records, coordinate regulatory filings, assist with litigation and eDiscovery, conduct legal research, support public company compliance and internal investigations, and collaborate with business partners and outside counsel to keep legal operations accurate and on schedule.

Provide mechanical systems engineering support for centrifuge manufacturing: support construction and systems testing, develop manufacturing process documentation (FMEA, control plans, work instructions), lead process development and improvements, support equipment/tooling design, troubleshoot and drive corrective actions, produce technical reports, and help generate system design requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provide technical and engineering support as the owners advocate through planning, design, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover of systems for an enrichment plant. Coordinate cross-discipline inputs, work with EPCs, contractors, and vendors, produce drawings, bills of material, cost estimates, reports, and become an SME for assigned systems.

Design and document motor control centers, switchboards, and panelboards; create single-line diagrams, schematics, BOMs; perform load and short-circuit calculations; support equipment selection, UL 508A compliance, FAT, field commissioning, safety analyses, and technical reporting under senior engineer guidance.

Provide general administrative, clerical, and secretarial support including preparing documents, proofreading, compiling reports, answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, records/document control, ordering supplies, coordinating travel, and supporting department budget and procurement processes. May train lower-level staff and attend meetings to record minutes.

Provides administrative and clerical support for a department, including document and presentation creation, communications, meeting and calendar coordination, travel arrangements, records management, office supply maintenance, information prioritization, and document control. Supports leaders and team members, coordinates purchase requisitions in Oracle, and helps maintain efficient daily operations. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q security clearance.

Manage records and controlled documents within the EDMS, including distribution, maintenance, storage, retrieval, filing, inventories, and database accuracy. Support NRC and DOE compliance, classified and unclassified records handling, program assessments, reporting, discrepancy resolution, and personnel training. Act as RMDC Manager during absences and guide RMDC Specialists. Provide project support and maintain document-control administrative processes with limited supervision.

Supports indirect tax filings, federal and state income tax filings, quarterly tax provisions, reconciliations, tax schedules, SOX controls, compliance reporting, tax research, and process improvements. Collaborates with Accounting and FP&A teams while using tax, ERP, reporting, and research applications. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least one year of relevant experience, foundational tax knowledge, and eligibility to access export-controlled and controlled nuclear information.
