Manage commercial and contractual administration of EPC contracts during engineering, procurement, and fabrication. Serve as primary contractual interface with EPC contractor, oversee obligations, changes, claims, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and stakeholder collaboration. Produce contract reports, risk registers, and executive decision papers.

Manage day-to-day administration of EPC contracts including notices, correspondence, change orders, claims, and deliverables. Maintain contract registers, document control systems, compliance reporting, and contractor performance monitoring. Coordinate with project, commercial, legal, and contractor stakeholders and prepare monthly contract administration and status reports.

Lead development and management of project cost control, forecasting, VOWD/EVM, and performance reporting across engineering and fabrication. Integrate cost, schedule, progress, and risk data, deliver dashboards and forecasts, support governance, and drive digital project controls and automated reporting for large LNG, oil & gas, and modular EPC projects.

Lead development, maintenance and analysis of integrated EPC schedules for engineering and module fabrication. Manage forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, schedule risk and recovery planning. Produce reports, dashboards and digital planning solutions; coordinate with EPC functional teams, project management and controls to provide actionable schedule insight and support governance.

Support pre-qualification, budgeting, cost control and billing on projects. Assist with PQ assessment, budget preparation and updates, quantification, verification of interim and final contractor bills, cost reporting, tracking, compliance, commitments, and value engineering tasks.

Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, tracking deliverables, risks, and resource usage. Coordinate teams and vendors, prepare reports and documentation, facilitate meetings, maintain PM tools, assist with change management, invoicing, and issue resolution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Act as client's representative to lead building project management: plan projects, manage KPIs, direct contractors and design firms, manage resourcing and HSE, and lead cross-functional teams on large-scale facilities (factories, data centers, offices, commercial).

Lead projects end-to-end: define scope, plan schedules and budgets, manage risks and changes, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, ensure quality and compliance, deliver status updates to stakeholders, and optimize resources to achieve project objectives.

Lead QA/QC for MEP and BMS installations, inspections, testing, commissioning and documentation. Prepare ITPs, method statements, NCRs, witness commissioning, validate BMS control logic, coordinate stakeholders, and support project handover and audits.
