The Program Scheduler will manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs, implement best practices, create and analyze project schedules, and collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.

Lead and implement project controls for large semiconductor construction programs. Develop schedules, cost controls, forecasts, earned value analysis, risk mitigation, change management, and performance reporting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, support SOX controls, and apply industry best practices and tools to ensure projects meet timelines, budget, and quality targets.

Lead financial and operational management of a $60M practice, overseeing 240+ professionals in project controls, cost management and program delivery. Validate contractor schedules, analyze critical paths and risks using EVM/SRA, produce KPI reports, facilitate planning reviews, enforce schedule change control, and maintain historical planning data for forecasting.

Lead and grow the project management practice: manage client relationships, win new work, lead bids, oversee project managers and delivery of infrastructure programs, handle financial tracking and invoicing, mentor staff, liaise with municipal authorities, and support SOX controls where applicable.
