The Project Engineer will manage tasks throughout construction, including RFI processing, change order management, and cost tracking, while collaborating with teams to ensure project compliance and documentation.

Lead the PMC document control and information management for a multi‑billion-dollar renewable energy and transmission project. Establish and administer EDMS, manage document workflows, review and archive engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning records, ensure compliance and audit readiness, coordinate contractor submissions, and prepare turnover/handover documentation to support commissioning and operations.

Lead Cost Engineer provides independent owner-side cost engineering for a multi-billion renewable and transmission program. Responsibilities include independent estimating, cost control, forecasting, EVM, contingency and risk modelling, contractor cost assurance, cash-flow management, performance reporting, and commercial assessment across Solar PV, BESS, substations, transmission, subsea interconnector and marine works.

Provide US-focused corporate legal support for contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, FOIA, and public-sector procurement. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (especially government/public sector), maintain corporate records, support dispute resolution and litigation, liaise with Operations, Risk, Central Services and CBRE, and assist with SOX controls as needed.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including invoice processing, coding, three-way matching, payment runs and expense claims. Support month-end closing, AP reconciliations (sub-ledger to GL, D365 to Golden Tax), accruals, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting. Maintain vendor data, investigate discrepancies, monitor aged payables, and drive AP process improvements and automation. Provide backup accounting and ad hoc finance support.

Provide legal support for U.S. operations on contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate government and commercial agreements; manage FOIA requests, corporate filings, and board governance; support claims, litigation, subpoenas, and dispute resolution with external counsel; develop contracting templates and legal guardrails; liaise with operations, central services, risk teams, and CBRE legal. May include SOX control responsibilities.

Lead and oversee delivery of a construction programme, managing stakeholder engagement, procurement, contracts, schedules, risk/opportunity, change control, information management, funding, operational readiness, and continuous improvement to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

Manage accounting operations, general ledger activities, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, audits, compliance, internal controls, and ERP processes. Serve as the Finance subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365, supporting enhancements, UAT, automation, and issue resolution. Lead and mentor the finance team, coordinate with stakeholders and shared services, and ensure accurate, timely reporting and governance.

Lead planning and delivery of construction/data centre fit-out projects: manage programmes, schedules, procurement, site coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting, team development, compliance, quality, safety and budgets.

Lead and establish the integrated Project Controls function for a multi-billion-dollar renewable energy and transmission program. Provide independent schedule, cost estimating, forecasting, risk and change management, document and information governance, contractor performance verification, quantitative risk analysis, and executive reporting across Solar PV, BESS, substations, HVAC transmission, subsea interconnector and related works.
