Lead and enforce organizational processes, SOPs and governance across multiple Bangalore project sites. Perform compliance audits, report findings and risks, drive corrective actions, track closures, present to senior management, run trainings, and recommend process improvements to strengthen controls and adherence.

Manage and control project documentation for construction and semiconductor/advanced manufacturing projects: set up folders, allocate document/drawing numbers, maintain registries, process RFIs and correspondence, distribute information, file physical and digital records, support Project/Design Managers, ensure compliance with client/company document standards, and improve document management systems while maintaining confidentiality.

Lead new build and A&A construction projects from feasibility through handover. Manage design development, authority submissions, procurement, contractors, contracts, cost and schedule control, site progress (structural, architectural, M&E), testing & commissioning, approvals, quality assurance, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Lead end-to-end project delivery for industrial/manufacturing facility developments. Coordinate stakeholders, manage site development and construction, ensure regulatory compliance, control risks and issues, administer vendors/contracts, and provide project reporting and governance.

Provide project management support across the project lifecycle for data centre projects: planning, documentation, monitoring, reporting, change control, stakeholder liaison, and meeting administration.

Support procurement activities including preparing purchase requests and PO templates, performing goods receipt entries, liaising with vendors and internal teams, ensuring compliance and document control, assisting quality/safety documentation, archiving at project close-out, and preparing procurement and asset reports for management.
