Lead commercial strategy and contract management for large infrastructure, energy and natural resources projects across Asia. Develop contract playbooks, negotiate large EPC/EPCM and O&M agreements, manage budgets, claims and disputes, enforce risk allocation (FIDIC/NEC/local forms), and mentor commercial teams to protect margins and ensure delivery success.

Support the Procurement Lead and global procurement team to create rate contracts for India projects. Tasks include procurement management, market analysis, issuing RFP/RFQs, vendor management, contract administration, and compliance and risk oversight.

Lead full project lifecycle for MEP electrical works: review and redesign MEP drawings, coordinate vendors/subcontractors, supervise onsite construction, manage specifications, contracts, cost control, and ensure timely delivery while applying sustainability/LEED principles.

Lead cost management for large infrastructure projects: manage teams, client/stakeholder engagement, cost planning, controls, reporting, commercial negotiations, D-365 invoicing, and business development while ensuring risk management and value engineering.

Lead owner’s representative responsibilities for public-sector design and construction projects including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk, stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting, team leadership, and project closeout. Provide strategic advice during conception, manage change control and performance, mentor staff, and support business development and financial management.

Lead planning and scheduling for large construction/data center projects. Develop and integrate WBS/CBS, maintain master schedules, perform critical path and schedule risk analyses, track deviations, produce progress reports, and coordinate schedule inputs across contractors and project teams.

Lead and coordinate data centre fit-out projects, managing programmes, schedules, procurement, site teams, stakeholders and reporting. Ensure safety, compliance, quality, budgets and timelines while mentoring junior staff and overseeing consultants and contractors.
