Lead technical design and delivery of Binocs SaaS implementations: solve complex client problems, align configurations to requirements, support consultants, document solutions, and feed product improvements and AI-enabled enhancements.

Lead North American marketing by translating global strategy into regional demand-generation programs, content, events, and sales enablement. Build campaigns across digital, social, email, PR and webinars, manage budgets and reporting, partner with Sales and GTM teams, and measure pipeline and ROI. Localize messaging, run events, and implement marketing tech and AI-enabled workflows to drive measurable commercial growth.

Serve as the trusted HR advisor for the U.S. business, managing full employee lifecycle, coaching leaders on employee relations and performance, driving HR projects and change, adapting HR policies for the U.S. market, and partnering with global HR to improve processes and employee experience.

Lead end-to-end design, build and implementation of Anaplan models for demand, supply and inventory planning. Gather stakeholder requirements, architect scalable models, drive best practices, mentor model builders, train users, ensure data integration and validation, enable scenario planning and change management, and deliver measurable supply chain improvements.

Partner with clients to assess end-to-end planning capabilities, design future-state demand/supply/inventory processes, lead workshops, translate findings into transformation roadmaps, support planning system implementations and testing, and drive change adoption through training and coaching.

The SaaS Implementation Manager will guide clients through implementing Binocs software, manage projects, analyze workflows, configure solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction through training, thereby improving efficiency and facilitating change management.
