Lead day-to-day marketing and communications operations: run systems and workflows, coordinate agencies and vendors, own major announcements and events, maintain creative standards, translate core narrative across channels, and sustain continuous content and asset readiness.

The Chief of Staff will support the CEO by increasing decision velocity and execution quality, managing initiatives, and handling executive communication and fundraising.
