Own and grow a flagship enterprise partner account for Morpho’s DeFi lending protocol. Build relationships from product managers through executives, establish recurring business reviews, influence partner product roadmaps, identify data-driven expansion opportunities, and drive increased revenue and active loans. The role requires consistent in-person engagement in New York, strong commercial and product judgment, crypto expertise, and autonomous execution in an ambiguous environment.

Own Morpho’s strategy for expanding into new credit markets. Size opportunities, assess competitive and regulatory requirements, identify institutional needs, and sequence market entry. Partner across protocol, engineering, solutions, partnerships, marketing, and legal to launch zero-to-one lending categories. Design proof-of-concepts with new counterparties, evaluate results, and scale successful models across markets including tokenized equities, custodied Bitcoin, undercollateralized credit, and credit card receivables.

Lead People operations focused on onboarding, People data reliability, compensation alignment, tooling and documentation. Own end-to-end People products: identify friction, design solutions, roll out improvements, and enable managers to be autonomous. Serve as primary People contact and execute high-impact infrastructure projects to reduce recurring requests and scale processes across a remote, timezone-constrained organization.

Own new business acquisition for enterprise fintech accounts (neobanks, exchanges, wallets): prospect, qualify, negotiate, scope integrations, coordinate internal teams, onboard to go-live, and ramp accounts until handed to Growth. Translate onchain lending for product, business and compliance stakeholders and drive closes.

The Solution Architect will accelerate Morpho's expansion by providing technical support to partners, improve integration processes, and enhance developer documentation.
