Designs and develops embedded software and firmware for unmanned systems, including real-time control, communications, navigation, telemetry, and autonomy features. Responsibilities include developing drivers, HALs, BSPs, hardware interfaces, communication protocols, and embedded Linux applications; optimizing performance; conducting software and system testing; troubleshooting hardware-software integration issues; and collaborating with hardware, systems, product, and test teams.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles: source, post, screen, interview, and close candidates in the U.S. market. Partner with hiring managers, improve recruitment processes, maintain talent pipelines, and support occasional international travel for hiring activities.

Assemble, solder, and repair low-voltage UAV hardware and prototypes; perform board-level diagnostics and component replacement; build cable harnesses and mechanical mounts; operate FDM 3D printers and perform basic CAD adjustments; support field tests and remote engineering teams; maintain workshop inventory and document technical changes.

Lead U.S. marketing efforts: coordinate with international offices, manage internal marketing requests and execution, adapt collateral for regional markets, support sales with messaging and materials, run market/competitor research, manage regional budgets, oversee events and partner collaboration, implement content governance and approval workflows, and travel internationally as needed.

Design, integrate, test, and troubleshoot RF and electronic systems for UAV communications and autonomy. Develop and verify PCBAs, run RF and integration tests, perform trade studies, document results, and support complex third-party integrations and fielded products.
