Supports commercial insurance claims across GL, Cyber, D&O, Property, and Marine/Cargo lines. Responsibilities include submitting notices, gathering documentation, tracking deadlines and responses, assisting with coverage analysis and litigation recovery, drafting correspondence, maintaining audit-ready claim files, preparing reporting, and improving claims workflows through automation and technology.

Manage commercial insurance claims end to end, including loss intake, carrier reporting, adjuster follow-up, reserves, and resolution. Lead client kickoff calls and monthly claim reviews, develop claims SOPs and reporting workflows, support clients during urgent incidents, and drive carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel toward resolution. Translate claims data into loss analysis and renewal insights while building strong client trust.

Partner with executive leadership, Risk, and Product to improve Risk Management operations. Analyze workflows, identify efficiency opportunities, define performance metrics, build reporting and capacity-planning systems, improve standard operating procedures, design ownership models, and translate operational challenges into automation and technology roadmaps. Own initiatives from diagnosis through implementation while aligning senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.

Executive Assistant supporting WithCoverage’s co-founders by managing complex calendars, high-stakes meetings, travel, communications, briefing materials, board and investor logistics, and executive presentations. The role also develops scalable administrative systems, supports office management and events, and handles confidential information with discretion. Success requires exceptional organization, communication, judgment, initiative, resilience, and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage company. This position is fully in-office five days per week in Hudson Square.

Own premium trust accounting, carrier reconciliations, revenue recognition, corporate books, monthly close, GAAP financials, tax and compliance deadlines, automation, chart-of-accounts design, and audit readiness.
