Manage and grow a portfolio of individual donors ($1,000+), execute personalized cultivation/solicitation strategies, conduct regular donor engagements, secure gifts ($1K–$25K), produce proposals and stewardship communications, maintain CRM records, forecast revenue, and collaborate with leadership, events, and MarCom to drive donor retention and upgrades.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, outreach, job fairs, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding administration. Partner with leaders on HR coaching, compliance with employment laws and Affirmative Action/EEO reporting, handle separations and exit interviews, and support HR committees to improve recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.

Support site finance operations by preparing financial statements and reports, reconciling accounts, maintaining sub-ledgers and fixed asset records, assisting budget development, supporting audits and regulatory reporting, and training finance staff to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Manage all onsite HR functions for the Baltimore agency, aligning local HR activities with home office strategy. Oversee compliance, benefits administration, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, coaching of leaders, and HR metrics to improve retention and operational efficiency.
