Performs detailed cost control and reporting for large-scale construction and mission-critical projects. Reviews contractor invoices, pay applications, schedules of values, change orders, commitments, accruals, and forecasts. Maintains cost, change, contingency, and exposure logs; validates estimates at completion and cash flow forecasts; analyzes variances and commercial risks; and communicates cost insights to project teams, clients, and leadership. Supports closeout, claims, reporting improvements, and mentoring of junior project controls personnel.

Coordinates calendars, meetings, travel, meals, correspondence, site logistics, documents, invoices, supplies, databases, reports, budgets, and meeting minutes for a hyperscale data center construction project. Provides administrative and logistical support to project personnel, clients, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders while tracking action items, expenses, and project information. The role is full-time and on-site in St. Louis, Missouri.

Owner's-rep Contracts Administrator to manage design consultant agreements for large data center construction projects. Track deliverables, fee amendments, scope changes, notices, key dates, and maintain campus-wide contract registers, correspondence logs, and audit-ready agreement files. Independently manage 15–25 active agreements, ensure notice compliance, escalate risks, and maintain OFCI Responsibility Matrix.

Lead cost management for OFCI and long-lead equipment on large capital/hyperscale data center projects. Maintain budgets, commitments, accruals, forecasts, EAC, cash flow, and contingency; reconcile procurement and ERP records; review vendor commercial documentation; prepare cost reports; support procurement and contracts during bids and negotiations; evaluate cost impacts from design, logistics, and schedule changes; mentor junior cost staff and escalate commercial risks.

Serve as the single point of contact for project document control: create, submit, track, scan, file, and report project documents; attend meetings; maintain compliance with quality and local regulations; support project leads and client-facing interactions.
