The Financial Analyst will analyze OpEx and data-hosting spend, develop customer unit economics models, prepare financial reports and forecasts, and support core FP&A processes. The role provides actionable insights to leadership and partners with go-to-market teams on Revenue, Bookings, and Gross Profit planning across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. The position is hybrid in Mountain View, California.

Own and optimize the self-serve PLG funnel end-to-end: acquisition, activation, and free-to-paid conversion. Run paid and organic acquisition, design high-velocity experiments, improve onboarding/time-to-value, use AI to personalize and scale, and partner with Product, Engineering, and RevOps to instrument and report funnel metrics driving self-serve revenue.

Manage a focused portfolio of global, strategic accounts as a trusted advisor. Own lifecycle, governance, adoption, retention, and expansion; orchestrate cross-functional teams; design AI-powered customer programs and playbooks; lead executive reviews, consolidation/build-vs-buy conversations, and renewal/upsell motions; quantify ROI and drive adoption across regions while supporting technical issue resolution and acting as the primary customer liaison.
