Build and lead the company's tax function covering federal, state, and local compliance and ASC 740 provision, tax planning and structuring for joint ventures/partnerships/project financing, energy tax credit strategy, indirect tax oversight for multi-state construction sites, manage external advisors/auditors, and advise leadership on tax impacts of major transactions.

Design and lead platform integrations, oversee technical architecture, develop AI/ML functionalities, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with nuclear energy standards.

Drive organizational and operational performance improvements by analyzing processes, human performance, and business data. Lead root cause analyses, facilitate Lean/Six Sigma/Human Performance initiatives, build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), implement AI and automation solutions, design and deliver training, and support change management to track and sustain measurable improvement.

Conduct applied research in reinforcement learning and decision systems for fleet-scale nuclear infrastructure. Build simulations, formulate MDPs, develop and evaluate RL and optimization models, and collaborate with engineers to deploy, monitor, and communicate results to stakeholders across construction, capital planning, and security operations.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting, month‑end/year‑end close, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, audit coordination, and accounting for the nuclear services segment. Drive process improvements and support project/job cost tracking and revenue recognition.

Lead procurement and supply chain for large-scale nuclear infrastructure projects. Develop strategic sourcing, manage suppliers and long-lead items, mitigate supply risks, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, implement digital tools and processes, and build a high-performing team to drive cost reduction and operational excellence.

Design, maintain, and govern databases that support project controls (cost, schedule, EVM). Ensure availability, performance, security, and data quality. Integrate systems (Primavera, EcoSys, Power BI), build ETL pipelines and automation (SQL, Python), enable reporting, and support project controls teams with governance, monitoring, and user training.

Six-month on-site data science co-op working on NOS to turn data into decisions: frame questions, wrangle data, build and validate forecasting/classification/anomaly models for megaproject cost, schedule, and risk; extend the NOS ontology and data model; build data pipelines (Palantir Foundry, AWS GovCloud); and design dashboards and analyses for operators and executives.
