Leads full-cycle recruiting across Milwaukee Electronics locations, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding coordination, candidate engagement, employer branding, reporting, and compliance. Partners with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop recruiting strategies, manage pipelines, improve hiring processes, and support broader HR initiatives. The role is onsite in Canby, Oregon, with occasional travel to career fairs, campuses, and other facilities.

The Senior Tooling Development Engineer is responsible for designing, fabricating, and validating tooling solutions for manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and quality workflows.

Own, sustain, and improve manufacturing processes on the production floor to ensure stable, repeatable, and capable operations. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, apply SPC and process capability analysis, lead root cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and support NPI, validations, and continuous improvement in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Manage strategic customer accounts and lead new product introductions. Coordinate engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery, run business reviews and project planning, and apply inventory and quality/lean practices to meet customer and contractual requirements.

Lead quality through NPI and production by verifying product conformance to specs, performing inspections and audits, driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions, supporting supplier quality, preparing customer quality reports, and promoting continuous improvement and Lean principles.
