The Marketing Representative is responsible for meeting revenue goals, managing agent relationships, maintaining Salesforce records, and onboarding new agents while demonstrating product knowledge and market awareness.

Manage a sales territory of insurance agents to meet revenue and profitability goals. Recruit, onboard, train, and rehabilitate agents; monitor agent quality, audits, and account delinquencies; use Salesforce and reporting to track activity; promote incentives; and frequently travel within the territory to drive production.

The Legal Assistant will handle administrative duties, coordinate appointments, draft legal documents, manage sensitive legal correspondence, assist with billing, and improve workflow efficiencies.
