Perform on-site risk management and loss-control surveys for commercial, farm, and specialty accounts. Identify hazards, document conditions with photos, make mitigation recommendations, liaise with policyholders, agents, underwriters and claims, complete reports, revisit accounts to track improvements, and serve as a risk-management consultant and resource.

The role requires reconciling billing transactions, resolving issues, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service, primarily in a hybrid setting.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET and Java web applications and integrations (APIs/REST). Support legacy systems, use Blazor, participate in SDLC, monitor production, join on-call rotation, mentor engineers, promote responsible AI use, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver features and improve processes.
