Manage and review tax planning, compliance, and research for for-profit and nonprofit clients (≈50% nonprofit). Oversee ASC 740 provisions, consolidated federal/state/local returns, Form 990 work, tax projections, legislative monitoring, and mentor tax team members.

Lead OneStream implementations across design, build, testing and training. Architect OneStream CPM solutions, manage 2-4 person teams, estimate effort and budgets, engage stakeholders and C-suite, support business development with demos and pricing, and participate in practice leadership initiatives.

Lead and grow a security risk practice focused on SOC (SSAE 18) and ISO/IEC 27001/42001 engagements. Drive business development, oversee delivery quality across engagements, and manage and develop teams while owning practice growth targets, GTM, and P&L hygiene.

10-week in-person audit internship assisting with risk assessments, audit planning and execution, financial statement analysis, internal control evaluation, and preparation of audit workpapers. Collaborate with colleagues and clients, document findings, identify control weaknesses, and recommend improvements while receiving mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Lead implementation of OneStream EPM solutions: plan, design, build, test, and train. Oversee project teams, manage timelines, prepare budgets/estimates, ensure deliverable quality, and support business development.

Perform contract compliance audits: assess contract risks, select suppliers, conduct stakeholder interviews, request and review supplier documentation, create and deliver audit reports, support supplier negotiations to recover refunds, and recommend contract and process improvements while maintaining client relationships.

Provide tax compliance, planning, and research for middle market and public clients. Prepare complex returns (emphasis on Partnerships and C Corps), form opinions on tax issues, maintain strong workpapers, and communicate with clients and SC&H professionals.

Lead corporate tax engagements including ASC 740 income tax provisions, consolidated federal/state/local returns, strategic federal/state tax planning, monitor tax law changes, prepare projections, mentor and manage tax team, support business development and client relationships.
