Reviews insurance products, forms, rates, rules, and filings for regulatory compliance. Monitors legal and regulatory changes, analyzes business impacts, supports regulatory change management, reconciles compliance data, verifies statistical reports, prepares SERFF filings, and advises stakeholders on compliance risks. Requires strong research, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of property and casualty insurance products.

Designs, configures, and maintains IT systems for performance, availability, scalability, and security. Monitors system health, automates administration, troubleshoots complex issues, supports incident response and disaster recovery, ensures compliance, documents configurations, and mentors junior engineers.

Design, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. Own IaC (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell) and CI/CD pipelines, integrate source control and automated testing/security, implement governance and hybrid cloud solutions, deploy generative AI services, monitor performance, support disaster recovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant cloud platforms.
