Serves as the liaison between outside counsel and internal banking stakeholders for complex commercial loan documentation. Reviews, prepares, and revises loan documents; ensures compliance with approved credit terms, bank policies, statutes, regulations, and legal requirements. Coordinates counsel engagements, conflict checks, transaction progress, loan-team communications, and document boarding. Identifies transaction risks, recommends structural changes, updates lending forms and procedures, and supports documentation teams, lenders, credit, compliance, and legal departments.

Manage and grow assigned commercial/business loan portfolios by retaining and expanding relationships, performing credit and financial analysis, recommending loan structures, ensuring documentation and compliance, and coordinating cross-sell and business review activities to maximize portfolio profitability and minimize risk.

Manage and grow assigned commercial loan portfolios by underwriting, monitoring credit risk, and collaborating with relationship managers. Conduct reviews, financial analysis, covenant management, and cross-sell bank products to maximize portfolio profitability and retention. Support customer relationships and periodic travel across the bank footprint.

Manage and grow assigned commercial/business client portfolios through relationship management, cross-selling bank products, credit analysis, underwriting, covenant monitoring, and coordinating reviews to maximize portfolio profitability and retention.

Manage troubled commercial loan relationships and design workout, restructuring, liquidation, and litigation strategies. Analyze borrower financials, collateral, and credit risk; coordinate with legal and internal stakeholders; ensure regulatory compliance while maximizing recoveries.

Perform commercial credit analysis including statement spreading, tax return review, covenant management, annual reviews, and problem loan reporting. Prepare underwriting forms, package loans for documentation, monitor maturing lines and delinquencies, order credit reports, and support Relationship Managers and Commercial Underwriters.

Manage and grow an assigned commercial/business loan portfolio through client retention, cross-selling, credit analysis, underwriting, covenant management, and business reviews. Coordinate with Regional Managers and partners to identify expansion opportunities, ensure complete loan documentation, monitor portfolio profitability and risk, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Build and manage small business client relationships by selling banking and treasury solutions, acquiring new clients through outreach and community engagement, analyzing financial statements and creditworthiness, collaborating with internal partners to deliver solutions, and ensuring portfolio quality, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
