The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for achieving revenue quotas by selling commercial solutions, developing customer relationships, and managing proposals through CRM platforms.

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you'll achieve sales quotas, manage customer relationships, and present our security solutions to commercial clients.

Sell Vector's commercial security solutions to achieve bookings and recurring revenue targets. Prospect and generate leads, present integrated solutions (video, intrusion, access control, fire alarm), produce proposals tracked in CRM, collaborate with design and operations for installation scope, and monitor competition and market opportunities.

Maintain day-to-day stockroom operations including inventory accuracy, receiving/sending shipments, restocking technicians, processing invoices and purchase orders, supporting field operations, and ensuring a safe, organized workspace while providing customer service.

Sell Vector's commercial security solutions to meet bookings, recurring revenue, and margin targets. Prospect and generate new business, present integrated video/intrusion/access control/fire alarm solutions, produce proposals tracked in CRM, work with design and operations for large installations, and maintain product knowledge and certifications.

Provide technical pre-sales support for managed network services: design solutions, produce proposals/RFP responses, deliver demos and presentations, obtain vendor certifications, collaborate with sales, product, and operations, and support client engagements through the full sales cycle.

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you'll prospect new customers, sell security products, maintain customer relationships, and conduct follow-ups for satisfaction.

Provide intermediate technical support for physical security systems (access, burglary, fire, video) via phone/email/workflow. Troubleshoot and program PC-based hardware, validate configurations, document as-builts and system records, escalate complex issues, and train end users. Maintain department databases, knowledge articles, and remote connection utilities.

Process and validate customer code-change requests using MASterMind and InSite, answer inbound support calls, update customer monitoring data, coordinate escalations with other departments, and meet throughput metrics for timely code-change processing.

Provide intermediary technical support and troubleshooting for physical security systems (access, intrusion, fire, video) via phone/email/workflow. Perform PC-based hardware repair and programming, configure customer systems, document as-builts and knowledge articles, escalate complex issues, and train end users. Maintain department databases, equipment profiles, and remote connection tools.
