Lead planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance and rehabilitation projects. Manage scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and client communication. Administer Egnyte and other enterprise platforms, support help desk issue resolution, manage small platform projects, implement workflow and automation improvements, ensure change control and security compliance, document SOPs and knowledge content, and collaborate with stakeholders while providing occasional mentorship.

Support Maui post-disaster recovery by managing and developing project data systems, building backend database structures, updating website front-ends, and producing internal and external data metrics and visualizations to inform project leads, improve forecasting, and enable transparent, resilient infrastructure decision-making.
