Lead and coach a field-based mid-market sales team (6–8 AEs) to deliver new business revenue for ERP/SaaS solutions across North America. Own pipeline, forecast accuracy, hiring, BDR alignment, and cross-functional collaboration while acting as a player-coach on major deals and driving sales process and performance improvements.

Lead and develop a team of consultants and technical staff to deliver end-to-end ERP implementations (scoping, design, build, test, go-live). Ensure high-quality customer outcomes, manage multiple projects and stakeholders, drive integrations, data work, reporting/BI, on-site and remote delivery, and continuous improvement across consultancy services.
