Own and expand Accord’s multi-cloud infrastructure, initially deploying and operating the platform on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Responsibilities include Kubernetes, networking, cloud abstractions, observability, reliability, security, scalability, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, release and testing infrastructure, developer environments, and internal tooling. The role also owns the engineering platform and drives complex infrastructure projects from design through production while collaborating closely with the engineering team.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, stakeholder coordination, negotiation, closing, and expansion. Generate approximately 40% of pipeline through outbound efforts while managing inbound opportunities. Sell $125K–$1M ACV solutions to large enterprises, engage executive stakeholders, manage 4–12 month sales cycles, and improve the sales playbook. Research buyers using Claude and collaborate with internal leadership to win complex deals.
