Serve as a client-facing partner for property management clients: lead onboarding and implementation, deliver virtual and in-person training, monitor product usage, provide tier-1 support, escalate technical issues, and manage ongoing account relationships to drive adoption and operational improvements.

Build and maintain end-to-end product features across frontend and backend. Translate designs into responsive UIs, design scalable backend systems, collaborate with product and design, and mentor junior engineers to drive quality and performance.
