The Technical Account Manager serves as a technical advisor embedded within a flagship enterprise account, focusing on solution architecture and customer-side technical advisory, collaborating closely with customer teams to ensure seamless integration and support for NX1's platform.

Build the GTM operating layer from scratch: create revenue cadence and forecasting, run pipeline reviews, enable deal execution (SOWs/MSAs/pricing), onboard and scale sellers and solution architects, lead demand gen/channel/analyst relations, design pricing and packaging, and build Sales Ops/RevOps systems and automations to support a future CRO. Hands-on execution and strategic build-out required.
