The senior role manages complex corporate relationships, meets sales and deposit goals, mentors other consultants, and serves as a Treasury Management subject-matter expert.

Provides inbound and outbound customer support for mortgage servicing needs, including escrow, payments, ARM changes, payoffs, account maintenance, and online account access. Resolves routine and complex inquiries, documents interactions, meets contact-center performance goals, follows mortgage servicing regulations, protects customer information, and escalates issues when needed. Research laws and regulations, plan testing scopes, execute transactional and control reviews, identify compliance weaknesses and root causes, document findings in electronic workpapers, recommend corrective actions, and communicate results through reports and management meetings. Maintain testing records and tracking logs while collaborating with managers, subject matter experts, and business-line stakeholders.

Serves as the client-facing technical subject matter expert for digital integration services, supporting sales consultations, demonstrations, complex implementations, and customer support. Identifies opportunities to increase integration adoption, drive deposit growth, improve operational efficiency, and expand treasury management services. Collaborates with product management, engineering, IT support, implementations, sales, and external partners while contributing client insights to product roadmaps and process improvement initiatives.

Designs and maintains secure AWS and Azure cloud environments, including landing zones, security guardrails, IAM policies, compliance controls, monitoring, and incident response. Integrates security testing and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD and SSDLC workflows using Terraform and DevSecOps practices. Partners with engineering and security teams to implement secure infrastructure, improve observability, manage vulnerabilities, and support governance frameworks including NIST, CIS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
